(1) One of the members making the judgment and order shall write it himself or his speech may be dictated by the Tribunal Assistant or Steno. After correcting the judgment or order prepared in this way by the member who writes or causes it to be written or typed, the members who agree with the judgment and order must also correct it.
(2) If there are different opinions of the members while ordering the decision or if the opinions are the same, the opinions are the same, and those who disagree must write or note down their own separate decision.
(3) The person taking down the judgment order written by the member must also write and correct it in writing on the left side of the judgment order that it was taken down by the chairman or the other member.
